Week 5 Brief announcements and clarify any data collection questions. Dateline has been extended to Week 6 - 7 Feb 2022 INSTRUCTIONS Task 2: Field Study We are to collect data answering our research questions, as well as, materialize our chosen ideas. We received positive feedback regarding our proposal. Hence, we had a discussion to decide on which ideas are most feasible for us considering the timeframe that we have. After much deliberation with the team, we decided to let go of our projection mapping and paper cutouts (puppets) from our proposed ideas. There were certain parameters to follow when forming a group. I am glad to have formed one that is approved. Then, Dr. Charles gave a lecture on Netnography. Due to the pandemic, this module put a halt on any trips or excursions. Therefore, it is crucial for us to learn this and apply it to our project. Netnography Originating from ethnography, netnography is a technology-mediated study/communication/research. For example, the Internet, social media, online forums, etc. Ethnography focuses on the hands-on experience, visiting the country, and immersing themselves in the interior/exterior environment.
